Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, carrying, and crawling
  • able to work in all weather conditions
  • capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • possess a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on the property
  • flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to respond to on-call duties
  • occasional travel as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
  • ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • valid driver’s license for operating golf cart on property
  • physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting, stooping, bending, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
  • ensure vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
  • assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties assigned by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager
  • report any hazards or dangerous situations observed to the appropriate supervisor
  • maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when reordering is necessary
  • work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • occasionally travel to assist other properties or attend training and meetings
