Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, carrying, and crawling
- able to work in all weather conditions
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- possess a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on the property
- flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to respond to on-call duties
- occasional travel as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- valid driver’s license for operating golf cart on property
- physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting, stooping, bending, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- ensure vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties assigned by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager
- report any hazards or dangerous situations observed to the appropriate supervisor
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when reordering is necessary
- work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- occasionally travel to assist other properties or attend training and meetings
