As a Housekeeper at Kairoi Residential, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our multifamily communities. This position involves ensuring that communal spaces such as the office, clubhouse, common areas, and public access areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained. You will also be responsible for preparing vacant apartment homes after the make-ready process to ensure a welcoming and pristine environment for prospective residents. Your routine will include inspecting tour paths, grounds, and common areas, acting as an eyes-and-ears representative who reports maintenance issues to the service team promptly. This role requires a strong commitment to upholding Kairoi’s standards of customer service excellence, highlighting your professional attitude with every interaction. Additionally, you may assist with maintenance tasks and community events as needed, making your work diverse and impactful.
