Job Requirements
- at least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
- a high school education or equivalent
- must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- willingness and desire to learn new skills
- possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
- successful completion of background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- clean the office clubhouse common areas public access areas and model homes
- clean vacant apartment homes following the make-ready process
- perform inspections of tour paths grounds and common areas and report maintenance issues
- provide prompt professional customer service with every interaction
- assist with maintenance issues as needed
- support community events as requested
- uphold Kairoi cleanliness standards at all times
