Job Description

TAM Residential is a distinguished property management company dedicated to maximizing the value of multifamily properties and delivering above-market returns for its clients. Established as a leader in the property management industry, TAM Residential is committed to fostering a unique company culture that emphasizes communication, collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Recognized for excellence, TAM Residential was awarded the National Apartment Association's Top Employer for 2022, illustrating its commitment to employee satisfaction and industry leadership. With a focus on enhancing community living standards and maintaining the highest quality in property management services, TAM Residential continually strives to create thriving environments for residents and rewarding careers for its employees.

The Housekeeper role at TAM Residential plays a pivotal part in upholding the cleanliness and orderly condition of apartment communities. This position requires a diligent, detail-oriented individual dedicated to maintaining the physical appearance of the community, including vacant apartments, common areas, and show units. The housekeeper is essential in preparing vacant units for new residents by ensuring each area is spotless and presentable, contributing directly to the property's appeal and resident satisfaction. This role involves daily cleaning of office spaces, clothes care facilities, and outdoor common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for both prospective and current residents. Reporting any damages to maintenance and management teams is a critical responsibility of the housekeeper, ensuring issues are addressed promptly to maintain community standards.

Responsibilities also include comprehensive cleaning tasks such as sanitizing bathrooms, dusting woodwork, doors, counters, drawers, cabinets, and cleaning floors and windows throughout the property. Housekeepers must perform touch-ups on vacant units as assigned, maintaining apartments in a 'like new' condition, which directly supports the community's reputation and habitation quality. The role demands physical agility to handle tasks such as frequent standing, walking, stair climbing, and lifting items up to 15 pounds, ensuring all cleaning responsibilities are performed efficiently and safely. TAM Residential offers this role with a supportive team environment and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the community's visual and hygienic standards. Eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K plans, life insurance, paid time off, and holiday pay, with benefits eligibility beginning after just 30 days of continuous employment for those working 30 or more hours per week.

Joining TAM Residential means being part of a company that values your success and offers a stable and rewarding career path within the multifamily property management sector. The company prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer, encouraging applications from individuals of diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all qualified applicants receive fair consideration. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a community-focused environment and takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards that enhance residents' living experiences. The Housekeeper position is a full-time opportunity to advance professionally in a company that invests in its team and recognizes the importance of every role in the successful operation of apartment communities.
