Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays with the ability to work varied shifts
  • Proficient in English with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with guests owners and team members

  • Proficient in English with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with guests owners and team members

Job Duties

  • Assist in training housekeeping staff including safety security department procedures and service guidelines
  • Assist in scheduling staff according to standards and forecasted occupancy assign daily work tasks to employees
  • Inspect guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort
  • Maintain inventory at appropriate par levels ensure employees have necessary tools and supplies to perform their duties
  • Perform shift associated work such as room assignment vacant room discrepancy reports and departure reports
  • Assist in all department meetings
  • Document and communicate maintenance requests to engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met
  • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist in the performance review process
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
