The Housekeeper Supervisor role at 4M Building Solutions is a crucial position within the company that combines hands-on housekeeping duties with leadership responsibilities. This role involves overseeing a team responsible for maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms and public areas through tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and disinfecting bathrooms and common spaces to meet stringent sanitation standards. Supervisors ensure that the team follows company protocols and health guidelines, including those related to social distancing and use of personal protective equipment.
