Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or similar role
- Availability to work 16 hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3:30pm)
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and moving tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or equivalent role
Job Duties
- Perform general assignments in apartments, corridors, and other assigned areas
- Provide routine cleaning including dusting horizontal surfaces, emptying waste baskets, removing trash, cleaning furniture, cleaning bathroom fixtures, and wet and dry mopping floors
- Spot clean walls and windows and polish metal surfaces
- Prepare apartments for move-ins by thoroughly cleaning walls, fixtures, appliances, kitchens, carpets, and bathrooms
- Provide laundry services as directed by the Facility Services Manager
- Remove trash from buildings to dumpster as directed
- Perform all other job duties as assigned
