Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license to operate golf cart
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds independently
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, and wind
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on call
  • Ability to push, pull, carry, or maneuver weights up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles advantageous
  • Ability to operate a golf cart with a valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills to report hazards and coordinate with supervisors

Job Duties

  • Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms daily
  • Freshen vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day
  • Assist in the make-ready process as requested by supervisors
  • Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations promptly
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
  • Operate golf cart on property safely
  • Work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
