Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate golf cart
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, and wind
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on call
- Ability to push, pull, carry, or maneuver weights up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles advantageous
- Ability to operate a golf cart with a valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to report hazards and coordinate with supervisors
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms daily
- Freshen vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day
- Assist in the make-ready process as requested by supervisors
- Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations promptly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Operate golf cart on property safely
- Work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
