The Housekeeper/Server role at Jordan Oaks is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing evenings and weekends off. This schedule is ideal for individuals seeking a balanced work-life dynamic. The role involves a combination of light housekeeping duties within residents’ apartments, laundry and linen service, cleaning of community common areas, and serving meals to residents at their tables. This position is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and smooth operation of the living space and dining services, directly impacting the quality of life for the residents.

Candidates for this role must be at least 18 years old with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, possessing a friendly, professional, and energetic personality. While prior housekeeping experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, as long as candidates have a general knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures and the willingness to learn and work well in a team environment. A passion for improving the lives of others through attentive service and a warm demeanor is essential.
