Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to respect residents’ privacy and handle cleaning equipment safely
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to work full-time
- Dependability and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate verbally in person and over the phone
- Knowledge of safety and cleanliness procedures
Job Duties
- Visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, sheet and linen changing, bed making, and bathroom cleaning
- Change residents' bedding and linens weekly and manage linen inventory
- Interact with residents in a friendly manner and communicate health concerns to management
- Maintain cleanliness in all common areas such as entryways, corridors, activity rooms, and dining rooms
- Clean floors with sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, and handle caution/safety signs accordingly
- Clean carpets by vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting
- Clean public restrooms and remove dirt, grease, and marks from surfaces using proper solutions
