Job Requirements
- Pass background check and state-required screening process
- Must reside within Texas
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Willingness to work consistent daytime schedules
- Comfortable interacting with elderly residents
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an asset but not required
Job Duties
- Clean assigned resident rooms and common areas as per daily task sheet
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room area
- Develop meaningful relationships with elderly residents
- Maintain a pleasant and unhurried pace while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure hygiene and order throughout the community spaces
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
