The role of Housekeeper in this community is integral to maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of both common areas and individual apartments. Additionally, the position includes periodic deep cleaning of apartments and common areas, attention to detail in caring for fixtures and furnishings, and monitoring supplies such as linens and cleaning materials.

The Housekeeper will also play a vital role in supporting the residents' comfort by performing tasks such as changing beds, checking heating system filters, defrosting refrigerators, and assisting with mattress turning as necessary. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments
  • Vacuum, dust, and clean main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
  • Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed and check heat system filters
  • Change beds and linens, ensure adequate linen supplies, turn mattresses with assistance, and empty waste baskets
  • Conduct deep cleaning of apartments and focus on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
  • Launder linens using laundry facilities
  • Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
