Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift heavy items safely

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality environment preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and hotel standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to safely perform cleaning tasks and move hotel equipment

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
