Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to follow hotel standards and procedures
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and supervisors
- Basic understanding of safety and security procedures
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
- Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
- Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
