Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for communication
- Must be trustworthy and responsible
- Must follow hotel policies and procedures
- Must pass background check if required
- Willingness to adhere to safety standards and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties effectively
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
- Maintaining security of equipment key and supplies issued
- Reporting lost and found articles to supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
