We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms, directly impacting guest satisfaction and their likelihood of returning to our hotels. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently while adhering to established hotel procedures and standards. You will manage your linen cart by ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and organized to streamline your work processes. Reporting maintenance issues such as damaged fixtures, malfunctioning door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems is also a key part of your duties to help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
The position requires maintaining security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you, as well as handling lost and found items responsibly by reporting them to supervisors. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and comply with safety regulations
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
- Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly
- Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems
- Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you
- Report lost and found articles to your supervisor
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
