We are currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our team. The role involves cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms efficiently while adhering to hotel standards and procedures. Housekeepers play a crucial role in the overall guest experience, as the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms directly impact guest satisfaction and the likelihood of returning to the hotel. The position requires physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and handle supplies and equipment, along with a commitment to safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential in this role.

As a Housekeeper at Concord Hospitality, you will be responsible for maintaining well-organized linen carts, reporting any issues within guest rooms, and ensuring the security of equipment and keys issued to you. You will also respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, helping to create an atmosphere of exceptional service and hospitality. Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or HVAC systems
  • maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued to you
  • report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
