Responsibilities include managing inventory for all items placed in guestrooms, reporting lost and found items, communicating the status of cleaned rooms to supervisors, and promptly noting any damages or unusual circumstances observed during cleaning.

Our housekeepers are trained in the proper and safe use of authorized cleaning agents and must follow strict key control procedures in compliance with hotel policy. This position demands practical skills such as using equipment including vacuum cleaners, garbage disposals, self-cleaning ovens, ice makers, and dishwashers.
