Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Basic English proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow procedures and hotel standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
- Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued
- Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
