Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Basic English proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow procedures and hotel standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
  • Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
