Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including continuous movement, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills required
  • Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to our brand standards
  • Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies
  • Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel
  • Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile
  • Clean multiple rooms each day
  • Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items
  • Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
