We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper / Property Cleaner to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our property management and maintenance operations by ensuring homes and apartments are clean, well-maintained, and ready for new residents. The position requires flexibility, an ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of cleaning tasks ranging from deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms to sweeping, mopping, and dusting surfaces in single-family homes, multifamily apartments, and HOA community properties. They will also assist with light exterior maintenance such as trash collection, sweeping walkways, and minor landscaping tasks. The role demands an individual who is dependable, pays close attention to detail, and can effectively manage their time. Physical stamina is important as the job requires being on feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30-40 lbs.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling primarily Monday through Friday, with weekday consistency and occasional increased hours during busy leasing periods. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, reflecting the importance we place on quality work and dedication.
