We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper / Property Cleaner to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our property management and maintenance operations by ensuring homes and apartments are clean, well-maintained, and ready for new residents. The position requires flexibility, an ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of cleaning tasks ranging from deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms to sweeping, mopping, and dusting surfaces in single-family homes, multifamily apartments, and HOA community properties. They will also assist with light exterior maintenance such as trash collection, sweeping walkways, and minor landscaping tasks. The role demands an individual who is dependable, pays close attention to detail, and can effectively manage their time. Physical stamina is important as the job requires being on feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30-40 lbs.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling primarily Monday through Friday, with weekday consistency and occasional increased hours during busy leasing periods. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, reflecting the importance we place on quality work and dedication. The job is based in Lakewood, CO, providing team members with the opportunity to work within a friendly and professional property management environment with plenty of support and room for growth.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30-40 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work independently
  • reliable and punctual
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for traveling to various properties
  • flexibility to work Monday through Friday with occasional increased hours during busy periods

Job Duties

  • Perform cleaning services for single-family homes and multifamily apartments
  • clean units after tenant move-outs
  • deep clean kitchens and bathrooms
  • clean appliances, cabinets, counters, and sinks
  • sweep, mop, vacuum floors
  • dust surfaces, baseboards, blinds, and fixtures
  • clean windows and mirrors
  • remove trash and debris
  • prepare units to be move-in ready
  • pick up trash around properties and common areas
  • sweep entryways, walkways, and patios
  • clean exterior common areas
  • assist with light landscaping tasks such as weeding and minor cleanup
  • report maintenance or safety concerns to the maintenance team
  • ensure units meet company cleanliness standards
  • notify maintenance team of repair needs discovered during cleaning
  • assist with final cleaning prior to new tenant move-ins
  • maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
