Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to work full-time PM shift
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks and coordinate staff effectively
  • good communication skills
  • ability to resolve guest complaints
  • ability to perform physical duties
  • ability to document and maintain accurate records
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred
  • supervisory or leadership experience desirable
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to train and motivate staff
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving ability
  • commitment to professionalism and team collaboration

Job Duties

  • Provide quality service to customers by giving one-on-one attention to detail
  • ensure assigned staff have reported and clocked in properly
  • document late or absent employees
  • resolve internal and external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • document call-offs and arrange replacement for any shift
  • coordinate assigned staff breaks
  • prepare and distribute assignment sheets and communicate changes
  • assign keys, radios, and beepers and maintain security
  • check equipment for supplies, cleanliness, and functioning
  • inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards are met
  • assist staff to maintain highest standards
  • conduct staff training
  • contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism
  • perform other duties as assigned
