Avon Health Center is a family-owned healthcare facility that has been serving the community since 1974. It offers a comprehensive range of services including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, as well as hospice and respite care. The center operates a 120-bed facility with 90 long-term care beds and 30 short-term care beds. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- ability to work weekends as needed
- reliable transportation
- physical ability to perform cleaning and laundry duties
- ability to follow safety protocols

Job Qualifications

- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- clean all assigned areas including resident rooms and bathrooms
- assist with laundry duties such as sorting, washing, drying and folding linens
- maintain high attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
- work independently and as a team member

- uphold facility cleanliness and safety standards
- contribute to a supportive environment for senior residents
