The role of a Housekeeper at HCSG is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within a long-term care facility. The employment type is full-time or part-time depending on location specifics, with starting pay rates beginning at $12.00 per hour. The housekeeper will undertake daily housekeeping duties which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative offices, following safety and sanitation guidelines diligently. Attention to detail, adherence to infection control protocols, and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this role. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
- Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment
- Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests providing excellent customer service
- Perform all other duties as assigned
