Job Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with vaccination and PPE requirements as per company and regulatory guidelines

Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments as directed
- Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
- Complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests following safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
