Job Requirements
- ability to work part-time hours including weekdays and some weekends
- must be reliable and punctual
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing
- good interpersonal skills
- commitment to maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
- strong work ethic
- willingness to learn and adapt
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- clean all areas of the community thoroughly and efficiently
- ensure all spaces are neat, attractive and safe for residents and guests
- demonstrate excellent customer service by interacting positively with residents
- adhere to Creekside's ICARE values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence
- report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- follow all safety and cleaning protocols
- support team members as needed to maintain overall community cleanliness
