Working part-time from Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 12:30pm, the housekeeper’s duties include routine cleaning of residents’ apartments and shared community spaces. Responsibilities extend to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, changing linens, emptying trash, and handling seasonal upkeep such as window washing and HVAC filter maintenance. Deep cleaning after residents move out ensures vacant units remain pristine and ready for new occupants, while model apartments and guest suites also receive thorough preparation and care.

Safety and organization are paramount, with housekeepers required to use only approved cleaning products and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas methodically. The role requires basic English communication skills and experience in hospitality, commercial, or residential housekeeping settings is preferred but not mandatory.
