Job Requirements
- minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles in residential environments
- knowledge of sanitation products and cleaning procedures
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs and ladders, crawl in tight spaces
- ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds and push equipment up to 30 pounds
- capability to handle, finger, grasp, and feel objects
- ability to repeat wrist, hand, and finger motions
- availability for flexible part-time work hours
- adherence to safety rules and emergency response protocols
Job Qualifications
- minimum 3 years experience working as a housekeeper, janitor, or porter in a residential building
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and proper usage
- ability to use standard cleaning equipment like vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and cleaning carts
- ability to react and address emergency situations promptly
- strong work ethic

Job Duties
- clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, common rooms and other work areas
- clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers
- empty wastebaskets, clean ashtrays, and transport trash to disposal areas
- carry toilet items and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts
- sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors using brooms, mops, and/or powered machines
- dust and polish furniture and equipment
- keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy
- remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas
- wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- report maintenance issues such as burned out lights or leaks
- disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides or sterilizers
- dust window blinds
- observe safety standards and precautions
- report damage, theft, and found articles
- prepare rooms for meetings and arrange furniture for functions
- properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures
- respond to emergency maintenance requests
