Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred
understands the proper handling of biohazardous waste
ability to perform physical tasks required for cleaning
dependable and punctual
able to follow instructions and schedules
commitment to teamwork and community values

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred but not required
knowledge of proper handling of biohazardous waste
strong attention to detail
ability to work independently and reliably
good communication skills

Job Duties

Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor
cleans bathrooms including toilet bowl, sinks, bathtubs, countertops, and mirrors, and sterilizes floors
cleans kitchen areas including wiping counters and mopping floors
vacuums all exposed areas completely including edges
empties and rinses wastebaskets as necessary
washes inside of windows as needed
cleans all common areas according to standards including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals according to instructions
