Job Duties
- Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to residents, staff and guests
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices and wellness areas
- Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- Exhibit a positive customer service attitude
- Adapt and respond flexibly to changing resident needs
- Complete work independently with personal initiative
- Communicate resident concerns promptly to management
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
- Present a neat and clean appearance
