We are currently seeking a hospitality-driven Housekeeper to join our compassionate team. This is a part-time, first-shift position offering a competitive salary starting from $15.00 per hour. Housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining the comfortable, clean, and welcoming atmosphere that residents expect. Responsibilities include cleaning resident private apartment homes, common areas, and healthcare center spaces as applicable. Duties encompass vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting flat surfaces, maintaining hallways and public spaces, as well as ensuring that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and ready for use. Additionally, housekeepers perform various laundry functions that contribute to the overall neatness and comfort of the environment. The role demands attention to detail, a commitment to hospitality, and a sincere care for the senior community environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
- Flexibility to work part-time day shifts
- Must pass background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments such as vacuuming cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces
- Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor
- Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive clean and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- Ensures compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning tasks
- Reports maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Assists with special cleaning projects as needed
