Job Requirements

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to comply with safety and security procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical stamina to complete cleaning duties

Job Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates
- Cleans assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies and procedures
- Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards while in use
- Stocks carts and cart rooms as necessary or directed by management
- Reports all maintenance issues directly to the front desk and/or manager on duty
- Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room directly to the front desk and manager on duty
- Assists and provides reasonable accommodations in response to guest requests
- Complies with all safety and security policies and procedures
- Completes all required and annual Extended Stay University training
- Assists with cleaning other hotel areas such as associate break rooms, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas
- Maintains overall hotel cleanliness
- Performs other duties as assigned by the management team
