Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
Must have demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced high pressure environment
Experience in heavy public contact
Must be able to stand bend reach and climb stairs throughout shift as needed
Must be able to lift 25 plus pounds throughout the shift
Must be able to push 25 plus pounds
Ability to move heavy 100 plus pounds wheeled carts
Ability to work closely with others
Must be able to work in a fast past environment with a sense of urgency
Must have a pleasant personality and adhere to uniform standards policy
Ability to follow and abide by all policies and procedures in the hand book
Ability to work in various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends
Ability to take tasks that are not clearly defined and appropriately define problem propose and implement solutions

Job Duties

Removal of refuse cleaning of floors and equipment to provide a clean event space before during and after an event
Breakdown refuse and debris into proper trash recycling and compost units
Maintain department equipment as necessary both operationally and in an orderly manner for the off season
Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal staff and guests to the venue
Perform customary housekeeping janitorial duties clean floors both hard floors and carpeted restrooms furniture and equipment walls windows fixtures doors and other areas and items throughout the facility
Operate an assortment of equipment including buffer burnisher rider sweeper scrubber walk behind scrubber blower vacuum pressure washer and others as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
