Both full-time and part-time employees can access retirement plans, associate shopping programs, health and wellness initiatives, discount marketplaces, identity theft protection, pet insurance, and voluntary insurance options such as critical illness and accident coverage. Full-time associates additionally benefit from medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts.
