Job Description

Crothall Healthcare is currently seeking motivated individuals for on-call Housekeeper positions located at Prisma Health Richland in Columbia, South Carolina. This role operates on an on-call basis with varying days and shifts, including 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The schedule includes rotating weekends where employees work two weekends on and have one weekend off. The pay range for this position is between $17.00 and $22.29 per hour.

The Housekeeper position is essential in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in healthcare establishments, ensuring that patient and visitor environments meet high standards of hygiene and comfort. Key responsibilities include light cleaning activities such as making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, sanitizing bathrooms, and handling waste removal in a sanitary manner. Housekeepers also attend to guest queries and requests, respond promptly to housekeeping issues like spills or broken items, and comply with established layouts for room organization.

This role emphasizes providing quality customer service through close attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork. Candidates with prior housekeeping experience are preferred, although training is available for individuals willing to learn and grow within the company. Job Duties
