Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • No prior experience necessary
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Willingness to comply with all applicable laws and company policies

Job Duties

  • General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas
  • Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
  • Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure facility upkeep
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
