As a full-time housekeeper at Park Vista, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for our residents. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 to $17.00 and includes a variety of benefits such as paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and a 401k plan after one year of employment. The housekeeping role is crucial in supporting the overall wellbeing of residents by ensuring that their living spaces and common areas are hygienic and orderly. Housekeepers at Park Vista perform an array of cleaning duties including sanitizing bathrooms, floors, vanities, and countertops. They help maintain a respectful and comfortable atmosphere by taking care of trash removal, vacuuming, light dusting, and organizing laundry schedules for residents. Collaboration with other team members such as the Head of Housekeeping and the Director of Maintenance is essential to swiftly address maintenance issues and any resident concerns. The role demands adherence to safety standards related to handling chemicals and hazardous materials, complying with OSHA guidelines, and responding promptly to spills and cleaning emergencies. A strong rapport with residents is encouraged to help them feel valued and supported.
