Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to perform constant standing, bending, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 45 lbs independently and over 45 lbs with assistance
- ability to climb ladders
- ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment
- willingness to work indoors under normal conditions
- ability to handle exposure to vibration from equipment, strong odors and skin irritations from cleaning solutions
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- ability to handle and control heavy powered equipment
- knowledge of proper uses of various special cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- ability to remove stains from different surfaces
- ability to read and understand directions on labels and printed instructions
