Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 45 lbs independently
- Ability to climb ladders and operate heavy industrial equipment
- Willingness to work indoors under exposure to vibrations, strong odors, and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is advantageous
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- Ability to operate and control heavy powered equipment
- Knowledge of proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Ability to read and understand directions on labels and printed instructions
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or maintenance role preferred
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain carpets and furniture through proper care and maintenance
- Operate and control heavy powered cleaning equipment
- Use a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions to remove stains from different surfaces
- Read and understand directions on labels and printed instructions
- Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 45 lbs independently or with assistance for heavier items
- Climb ladders and operate industrial equipment safely
- Follow specific instructions and safety protocols for new or complex assignments
