Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Capability to communicate in English or Spanish
Physical ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks
Ability to follow safety protocols
Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational training
Ability to understand written or verbal instructions in English or Spanish
Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
Effective listener and team player
Professional and courteous demeanor
Willingness to work evenings or weekends on call in case of emergency

Job Duties

Cleans vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy
Cleans property business office, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms, model apartments, and property common areas on a defined schedule
Reports any maintenance problems to the supervisor
Performs job duties using safety guidelines and reports obstacles to doing so
Performs other duties as assigned
Be punctual and follow the company's policies and procedures
Practice necessary safety protocols and procedures
