Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work Thursday through Sunday
- Weekend availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to work holidays
- Flexibility in weekday scheduling based on hotel occupancy
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds
- Strong responsibility and integrity
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high cleaning standards
- Excellent communication skills with guests
- Willingness to follow schedules and cleaning lists
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and detailed cleaning schedules
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide assistance and excellent customer service to all guests - being ready, willing, and genuinely happy to help guests at all times
- Perform evening housekeeping duties, including refreshing linens, emptying wastebaskets, and restocking amenities
- Provide turndown services, such as preparing beds, dimming lights, and placing evening amenities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in all guest areas
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any special requests or needs promptly
- Assist with any guest service requests
- Work within the five core values of Four Sisters Inns: Grace, Grit, Attentiveness, Adaptability, Above & Beyond
- Promote the collection: develop a knowledge of other Four Sisters Inns and communicate information about the collection to guests
- Any other duties as assigned
