The role of the Housekeeper at Milliken Creek Inn, one of the notable properties within the Four Sisters Inns collection, is integral to maintaining the overall guest experience and hotel atmosphere. The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms, yard areas, parking lots, office spaces, and supply areas are immaculate and well-maintained. Daily cleaning duties include washing and folding clothes, cleaning cabinets and rooms, and managing supply inventories. This position also requires occasional lifting and moving of items weighing up to 30 pounds. The Housekeeper works primarily from Thursday through Sunday in shifts ranging from 5 to 8 hours, with weekend and holiday availability being essential. As hotel occupancy fluctuates, weekday schedules may vary, demanding flexibility and adaptability from the employee.
