This role, based in Santa Clara, CA, is for a Porter or Janitor who will play a critical role in upholding and exceeding cleanliness standards within various properties. The position offers an attractive pay rate of $21 per hour and requires commitment primarily on weekends and early weekdays, ensuring that crucial cleaning tasks are managed during off-peak hours. This schedule includes Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm, along with Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday shifts from 9:00 am to 4:45 pm. As a Porter, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive cleaning duties that include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, floor stripping, buffing, and waxing.
