Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 45 lbs independently and with assistance for objects over 45 lbs
- ability to climb ladders
- capability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- physical capability to handle industrial cleaning equipment
- adherence to safety standards and regulations

- skilled in all phases of house cleaning
- ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing
- ability to read and understand directions on product labels and printed instructions
- knowledgeable in safe working habits and conditions
- ability to use various industrial-type equipment with minor maintenance skills
- experience in supervising or assigning duties to personnel
Job Duties
- Perform all phases of house cleaning
- communicate general and specific instructions clearly both orally and in writing
- read and understand directions on product labels and printed instructions
- demonstrate knowledge of safe working habits, conditions and environment
- use various industrial-type equipment including performing minor maintenance on equipment
- assign duties to personnel and ensure tasks are completed correctly and within allotted time
- consult with supervisor on any questionable tasks or situations
