Job Requirements

  • prior housekeeping experience
  • ability to perform physical tasks required for cleaning duties
  • availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm to 1:30 am
  • ability to supervise and manage staff
  • effective communication skills
  • basic proficiency with record keeping
  • commitment to high cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • supervises, trains, and inspects housekeeping staff performance
  • ensures staff attendance and documents lateness or absences
  • resolves internal and external guest complaints
  • manages staff shift replacements and coordinates breaks
  • prepares and revises assignment sheets
  • assigns and secures keys, radios, and beepers
  • checks equipment for supplies and cleanliness
  • inspects work areas to confirm cleaning standards
  • assists staff to maintain cleanliness and service quality
  • conducts staff training sessions
  • maintains professionalism with customers and team
  • performs additional duties as assigned
