Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of prior housekeeping experience
- Willingness to travel to Pottsville, Pine Grove, and Frackville
- Ability to work full-time schedule including rotating weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by housekeeping duties
- Valid work authorization
- Ability to pass background screening and drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of prior housekeeping experience
- Ability to supervise and train staff effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience resolving customer complaints
- Ability to coordinate and manage work schedules
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Provide quality service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
- Ensure assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly
- Document late or absent employees
- Resolve internal and external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Document call offs and arrange replacements for any shift
- Coordinate assigned staff breaks
- Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to staff and review priorities
- Communicate additions or changes to assignment sheets throughout the shift
- Assign designated keys, radios, and beepers to staff and maintain records
- Check equipment for proper supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical problems
- Inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met
- Assist staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service
- Conduct staff training as assigned
- Exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
- Perform other duties as assigned
