Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of prior housekeeping experience
  • Willingness to travel to Pottsville, Pine Grove, and Frackville
  • Ability to work full-time schedule including rotating weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by housekeeping duties
  • Valid work authorization
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug-free workplace policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of prior housekeeping experience
  • Ability to supervise and train staff effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience resolving customer complaints
  • Ability to coordinate and manage work schedules
  • Knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Provide quality service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
  • Ensure assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly
  • Document late or absent employees
  • Resolve internal and external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Document call offs and arrange replacements for any shift
  • Coordinate assigned staff breaks
  • Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to staff and review priorities
  • Communicate additions or changes to assignment sheets throughout the shift
  • Assign designated keys, radios, and beepers to staff and maintain records
  • Check equipment for proper supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical problems
  • Inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met
  • Assist staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service
  • Conduct staff training as assigned
  • Exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
  • Perform other duties as assigned
