Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months experience in housekeeping or hospitality
- Current First Aid or other safety certifications as required by the Club
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members about job tasks and responsibilities
- Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude
- Demonstrate initiative, with an ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment
- Good time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards
- Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness is expected
- Ability to pay attention to multiple details and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
- Limited travel required
- Valid driver's license may be required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Inspect and clean all club buildings on a daily schedule according to BlueStar standards and procedures as assigned
- Clean all facilities including floors, carpets, walls, ledges, pictures, mirrors, furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Empty garbage containers
- Assist Maintenance Department in completing duties as assigned
- Maintain an infection-free facility by thorough washing, cleaning, and replacing equipment and furnishings
- Report repairs or the need for replacements to the facility maintenance manager and follow up to assure repair meets facility standards
- Work safely using all personal protective equipment assigned and report unsafe conditions or accidents to a supervisor
- Comply with all rules and regulations including OSHA, EPA, and state Health Department for using cleaning products and chemicals
- Assist with set up and tear down for Club events
- Perform other duties as assigned
