The current job opening is for the position of Housekeeper in the Augusta Division. The Housekeeper plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned facility to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants and visitors. This is a full-time position offering a pay rate of $12.50 per hour, paid weekly. The shift schedule is Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM, providing a consistent daytime work schedule with occasional demands for extra hours as needed. The Housekeeper’s responsibilities encompass a broad range of cleaning tasks, including general cleanup, managing interior and exterior upkeep, handling emergency cleaning requests, and ensuring proper labeling and storage of cleaning chemicals. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- have dependable transportation
- submit to and pass required drug screen and background check
- have a high school diploma or GED
- possess minimum 2 years janitorial experience
- capacity to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- be able to work day, night, weekend shifts and extra hours
- possess problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
- manage routine upkeep of exterior, green space, and interior areas
- complete non-routine cleaning tasks according to specified job orders
- remove garbage and recycle daily and prepare bins for weekly pickup
- handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- ensure all chemicals are labeled and properly stored
- maintain good verbal and written communication with management
- ensure restrooms and break areas are properly maintained and stocked
- obtain complete and accurate job requests from management and clients
- follow and communicate all safety rules and regulations
- represent Sizemore, Inc. in a professional role
- maintain documentation of chemical, supply, and equipment usage
- perform other tasks as assigned
