Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform housekeeping duties
  • Willingness to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of customer service experience
  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Clean and stock assigned rooms and suites to meet cleanliness and quality standards
  • Make beds and clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and sitting rooms
  • Dust, vacuum and wash windows and tracks
  • Report maintenance deficiencies
  • Remove dirty linens, towels, and used amenities
  • Check and stock supply carts
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols
