Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to perform housekeeping duties
- Willingness to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Clean and stock assigned rooms and suites to meet cleanliness and quality standards
- Make beds and clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and sitting rooms
- Dust, vacuum and wash windows and tracks
- Report maintenance deficiencies
- Remove dirty linens, towels, and used amenities
- Check and stock supply carts
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
