Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Must be able to communicate with guests
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
Willingness to work AM and PM shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must adhere to hotel cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Basic reading and writing skills
Ability to follow instructions and hotel protocols
Good physical stamina and strength
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
Handle and dispose of cleaning supplies safely
Report maintenance issues or damages in rooms
Adhere to hotel policies and cleanliness standards
Work efficiently during assigned AM and PM shifts
