Job Description

Fox Ridge Bryant is a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Bryant, Arkansas. Proudly part of the AgeWell Solvere Living family, Fox Ridge Bryant offers compassionate, high-quality care to seniors in a welcoming and supportive environment. AgeWell Solvere Living has established a reputation for excellence, having been recognized as a Great Place to Work for eight consecutive years. The community focuses on providing residents with personalized care that respects their unique needs and histories, creating a warm and secure setting designed to enhance quality of life. With a strong commitment to employee well-being and professional development, Fox Ridge Bryant is more than just a care facility — it is a place where inspiration lives, growth is encouraged, and the contributions of team members are valued and celebrated.

At Fox Ridge Bryant, the Housekeeping Associate plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of the community. This role is critical in ensuring that residents, their families, team members, and visitors experience a clean and safe environment every day. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for cleaning residents' apartments as assigned, managing common areas such as hallways, landings, stairs, activity rooms, lobbies, elevators, and model units, as well as attending to vacant units. Additionally, the position involves laundering residents' personal laundry, bed linens, and towels, making this role vital to the daily operations and well-being of the community.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to manage multiple cleaning and laundry tasks efficiently. The Housekeeping Associate must follow scheduled work hours and dress in appropriate work attire, emphasizing professionalism and pride in their role. Safety is paramount; therefore the associate must understand protocols regarding emergency procedures and the proper handling and storage of biohazardous waste and cleaning chemicals. Communication with supervisors and other team members is crucial to maintain a well-run housekeeping department, facilitate supply reorders, and report any on-the-job injuries.

Joining the team at Fox Ridge Bryant means becoming part of a supportive and inclusive culture where your efforts directly impact the quality of life for seniors and contribute to a positive community atmosphere. The position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within an organization that values diversity, teamwork, and dedication. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, voluntary disability insurance, paid time off and holidays, and access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Working at Fox Ridge Bryant means more than just a job — it is a chance to build a meaningful career in a thriving assisted living community where your work truly matters.
