Job Requirements
- Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Driver's license
- Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement provided
- Must love pets
- Able to handle regular exposure to pet hair, dust, mold, and cleaning solutions
- Willingness to undergo training
- Ability to pass background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or restaurants a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Comfortable around pets
- Physically able to perform housekeeping tasks
Job Duties
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms
- Create a clean and healthy environment for customers and their families
- Deliver great customer service
- Follow Merry Maids cleaning procedures and use company products
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards
- Uphold company values and positive attitude
